About

Dreams are the guiding words of the soul. Why should I henceforth not love my dreams and not make their riddling images into objects of my daily consideration?

Carl Jung

 My Mission

Dreams can reveal patterns, emotions, questions, and concerns that may be difficult to recognize while we're awake. My goal is to help people remember their dreams, explore them with curiosity, and discover the personal meaning they may hold.

Through dream journaling, reflection, and interpretation, I hope to encourage others to develop a deeper relationship with their own dreaming minds.

About Me

I’m Deedee, a dream interpreter, writer, and lifelong dream journaler.

My fascination with dreams began as a teenager, when I discovered I could recall vivid, unusual, and sometimes nightmarish dreams in remarkable detail. Before long, I wasn’t only examining my own dreams—I was talking about dreams with friends and family and exploring the symbols, emotions, and stories within them.

I’ve spent more than three decades studying, recording, and working with dreams. Over time, that personal interest grew into something I wanted to share with others. I began bringing my work with dreams to a wider audience through dream interpretation, educational content, and tools designed to help people develop their own dream practice.

Today, much of my work centers on dream journaling and helping people learn how to work with their own dreams, rather than simply being told what a symbol means. I believe the dreamer’s personal associations, emotions, and life circumstances are essential to understanding a dream.

I’m also the author of the 30-Day Dream Mapping Journal and the forthcoming Dream Conversations: A Dream Incubation Journal, created to give dreamers practical ways to record, explore, and interact with their dreams.

Training and Study

I have completed dream interpretation coursework created and taught by J.M. DeBord, an author and educator known for his work on dreams, dream interpretation, and dream symbolism.

My study of dreams has also included years of personal dream journaling, independent research, and practical experience exploring dreams with others.
